WHY DID WE START?
We are family of explorers and like to travel new places ourselves. We have traveled around the country with our family friends for family holidays. We also have stayed in a self-catering homes with full functioning house facilities. We liked the idea and wanted to explore on this by providing the same experience in our homes to the guests. We own our homes and want to make you feel like a family member. We provide homes and take of your stress out after long day of work either for your business or leisure visits.

The Abbey Church of St Mary and St Melor

Do you give discounts for longer bookings?Contact us for best rate guaranteed. We have best rates for long term direct bookings.

Can I cancel my bookings?We have no cancellation charge prior to 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival 50% of booking refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, we will charge full booking.

When do I pay for my booking?Full amount is payable at booking.

Do you charge any other fees?All fees are included but if damage is occurred by guest, we charge full repair costs and 10% administrating fee.

Does the damage/ security deposit get returned to me if no damage is caused?Refundable security damage deposit of £100 will be returned within 7 working days after check out day if no damage found during your stay.

What is the damage/security deposit?Damage/security deposit – In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.

Do I need to sign any paperwork?Terms of bookings will be emailed in booking confirmation which needs to be agreed prior to arrival. We need a photo ID of the booking person which needs to be sent to contact@www.bandraccommodation.co.uk

What time check in and check out?Check in time is after 16:00pm and check out time is by 10:00am.
